Seven Fifteen is a residential construction and design firm in DFW, and a trusted name in the field for over two decades.

We build new homes, design their interiors, and stage houses for market across Dallas-Fort Worth. Every project is held to one standard: remarkable craftsmanship and unwavering attention to detail. What we hand over are places of lasting enjoyment, and the pride we take in that shows in every house we finish.

No two homes of ours are alike. Each one is designed to be unique, with luxurious floorplans and finishes made to stand the test of time. Behind all of it are our founders, Mike and Khristian Robinson.

    Co-Founder, Interior Designer

    Khristian Robinson is a dynamic interior designer and real estate entrepreneur with a unique background in the beauty industry. Her journey began in the world of hair styling, where she honed her eye for detail and passion for creating beautiful art. After her time spent in the beauty industry, Khristian embarked on a remarkable transition into the realms of real estate and interior design, a move that would ultimately redefine her career.

    Together with her husband, Khristian co-founded Seven Fifteen Custom Homes, a venture driven by their shared vision and commitment to excellence. Since its inception, this dynamic duo has taken the real estate market by storm. Their collective expertise and innovative approach have led to the successful completion and sale of multiple properties, solidifying their reputation as industry leaders and trendsetters.

    Tanner Drain

    Project Manager

    Tanner serves as our Project Manager and oversees the day-to-day operations of each build, ensuring schedules stay on track while coordinating trades, inspections, and every detail in between. Beyond making sure every Seven Fifteen Custom Homes project meets our exacting standards, Tanner also manages client and neighborhood relations throughout the construction process and well beyond completion.

    Tanner is a dynamic and charismatic young professional with an incredible work ethic, a natural ability to lead, and an exceptionally bright future ahead of him.
